Applications are now being accepted for the 2012 Deborah Harrell Livingston Memorial College Scholarship. This year’s award of a $500.00 scholarship is open to high school seniors who will be seeking a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year undergraduate college or university, or seeking an Associate’s degree from an accredited 2 year community or technical college.
