The purpose of the Elementary School Ministry is to capture the hearts of children for Christ through creative Bible teaching and consistent sharing of Christ's love.  Sunday School is called "Promiseland" and is for children in kindergarten through fifth grade. I would love to meet you and your family soon!

SUNDAYS

9:45 a.m. and 423 Promiseland Sunday School -- graded classes using small group/large group format to teach and apply God's Word, build community, and share Christ's love. At 423, children begin with parents in the worship service, are dismissed at 4:45 p.m., then are returned to the Sanctuary at 6:00 p.m.

Children's Worship -- for 4 year olds - 2nd graders during the sermon time period of the 11:00 a.m. worship service. Children are dismissed from the Sanctuary following the offering for their own age-appropriate worship service. Parents pick up children following the service.

WEDNESDAYS

PRAISE CONNECTION

Meets each Wednesday during the school year at 6:30 p.m. for four-year-olds through fifth grade.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Friday, Friends and Fun -- A special evening for K5 - second graders to invite friends for a fun-packed Christian experience. The gospel is clearly presented.

Service Outreach -- Special events when our children unite to support and participate in causes such as Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes and making Easter baskets for God's Storehouse.

Girls' Lock-in -- The ultimate slumber party just for 3rd - 5th grade girls, usually in February.

Boys' Lock-in -- The ultimate indoor campout just for the 3rd - 5th grade guys, usually in early March.

SUMMER MINISTRY

Vacation Bible School -- The best week of the year at NEPC. VBS is usually in late June, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon. This week of ministry is an "unstoppable" experience of Christian learning and fun.

Wednesday Serves -- Wednesdays in July our children and their parents gather and serve the community by preparing meals for the homebound and sick, praying for others, service projects and Bible lessons.
