“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ”. Galatians 6:2
Our purpose is to promote wholistic health among NEPC members and their families by caring for the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each individual. A team of volunteers, both health professionals and laity, visit the sick, homebound, and those in nursing homes to offer encouragement and support, assist in accessing needed resources, and find hope and healing through the love and care of the body of Christ. Health promotion and advocacy is also a major focus of the ministry to assist members to maintain health and thereby participate fully in service to the Lord.
